Multiband Antennas was formed in 2000 to focus solely on combination antennas for the asset tracking and remote monitoring industry – design, development & sales.

Over time that strategy has evolved in line with developments in technology. While there has been dramatic developments in the use of wireless data systems for transceiving packet data from cars, trucks, meters, weather stations etc., Multiband have always focused on being a niche player rather than a mass marketeer. Short burst data over satellite is that niche and Multiband, in tandem with Webb Industries in South Africa, are continually developing newer and better antennas to work on the Iridium, Orbcomm, Globalstar and Thuraya networks.
