London, 25th October 2018 – Wireless Innovation, pioneers in satellite data communication solutions, have today announced their global growth strategy in the Machine-to-Machine (M2M) and IoT arenas, commencing with the company’s acquisition of Rock Seven Ltd and YB Tracking Ltd.

With clients in the utilities, marine, aviation and telematics industries in over 100 countries, Wireless Innovation creates leading edge satellite solutions, providing clients with near real-time data visibility in remote locations.

The company has close existing partnerships with global market leaders Iridium and Inmarsat and is delighted to announce its appointment as a Service Providerfor Iridium Certus. Powered by the muchanticipated Iridium® NEXT satellite constellation, Iridium Certus is set to exponentially extend the reach of terrestrial and cellular infrastructure and provide ground-breaking mobile communications capabilities in all terrains and climates. These partnerships create a robust framework for Wireless Innovation’s plans to expand globally and lead the field in rapidly growing, high-tech emerging markets in their sector.

Transformational Growth

Wireless Innovation’s transformational growth plans have a strong foundation in their existing solutions. These include the BGAN satellite two-way IP data service for M2M asset management; the VSAT and TSAT3000 solutions for SCADA and Telemetry applications in remote water and waste water plants; and Short Burst Data satellite transceivers for a wide variety of M2M applications, along with the exciting addition of the Certus product range.

Acquisition of Rock Seven and YB Tracking

The acquisition of Rock Seven and YB Tracking is a key step in Wireless Innovation’s expansion strategy, as their range of robust handheld and integrated tracking and communications products will add significant breadth to the Group’s product and services offering.
